NID Verification (KYC) — Why and How
NID verification, part of KYC (Know Your Customer), is a one-time identity check operators run before releasing a first withdrawal. It is standard across regulated sites and protects both you and the operator against fraud.
How it works
From your account, upload a clear photo of your National ID and, sometimes, a selfie or a recent proof of address. The name on the NID must match your account name and your payment wallet. Reviews usually finish within a few hours to a day.
How to avoid delays
Do it right after registration rather than at your first cash-out, use sharp well-lit photos with all four corners visible, and make sure your account, NID and wallet names all match. Mismatched names are the number-one cause of held payouts.
Is it safe?
Only submit documents inside the operator's own account area, never by email to a stranger or through a link someone sends you in chat.
